Dispatch

Orders are picked from the branch holding the stock. You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size and weight of the items ordered. The exact charge is shown before you pay.

Collection in store

Where collection is offered, you can choose a branch at checkout and collect once we confirm the order is ready. See Our Branches.

Large and fragile items

Pianos, amplifiers, drum kits and similar items may be delivered on a longer timescale and may require someone present to receive them. Please check the item on delivery and tell us straight away if anything has been damaged in transit.
