Returns Policy
If something is not right, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
What can be returned
- The request must be made within 3 days of the order being completed.
- The order must be in one of these states: Completed.
- The item should be in its original condition and packaging, with any included accessories, manuals and cables.

- Item not as described
- Changed my mind
- Size / fit issue

How to request a return
- Sign in to your account and open the order.
- Choose the items you want to return and tell us why.
- We review the request and confirm whether it is approved.
- Once approved, send the item back or bring it to a branch.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or instalment provider.
